After moving into their sweet home Diane & Adam falls in love deeply with the property and with it's beauty! Not knowing that they also own the boathouse in the yard which is a riverhouse in the old days they bought the house & the riverhouse & what lies within! Their daughters Cary & Tiffany enters the old boathouse, and awaken the evil that lies within! The witch of the Riverhouse then awakens and causes the new inhabitants horrific nightmares, they key however is held by the prior inhabitants! Making this the final Riverhouse of the 3 part series this one would be the best of them all, especially the details and the way the story is told!
